"The car went in at the appointed time, the scheduled service was done quickly. The process exposed a couple issues that needed addressing and I was given options, not a demand to fix everything at once. I authorized spark plug replacement and a return visit for other issues. The spark plug replacement has increased my fuel efficiency by almost 7 mpg. Great service!"
