Take plenty of photos
To make this process easier, it is best if you take plenty of photos of your car. Include interior, exterior, odometer (with mileage showing), trunk and under the hood. If you will be bringing your car to us, we can help you with this portion.
Reach out to your Insurance company
If you reach out to your insurance company first, they will walk your through the process of setting up the claim and getting a claim number. No matter where you take your car to be repaired, that claim number will required to complete the service. If you come to us first, we can help you work with your insurance company.
